#Fitinfivefeet... better late than never!

I was all excited when I posted the last blog, looking forward to laying down multiple vlog posts with some nifty little exercises that you can do in your living room, with limited equipment...

...And then, a few weeks later, whilst sat in my own living room, baby number III decided to make an early entrance! 

So, this next instalment is somewhat belated!  

I am currently trying to coax my own fitness back to previous levels so am doing quite a bit of HIIT (high intensity internal training).  The video in this blog works your arms, chest and core, whilst the pylometric high jumps and burpees work the legs and get the heart pumping!  

Aim for 20-30 seconds of work, followed by 30-60 seconds of rest and repeat 6-10 times.
