"I have had a number of cardio-resistance sessions with Amy and each one has been varied, demanding and fun. When I first spoke to Amy about my exercise goals I wanted to increase my fitness, lose a bit of weight and get nice and toned... And now I have!
Amy seems to know how to push me to my limits, and I always work harder with her than I would otherwise alone in the gym. That said, since I've trained with Amy I have picked up a lot great new exercises which I've incorporated into my own gym workouts, and I now push myself harder working out alone than I did before. I'm also enjoying my gym sessions more.
I used to go through bursts of regular exercising followed by long periods of inactivity when I just lost my motivation to go out for a run or get down the gym. I guess part of the problem was that I was always doing the same thing and after a few weeks would get bored of it. Amy has taught me a lot about exercise and her advice has helped widen the range and balance of exercises I do. And what I do now has far more impact in terms of my fitness and body tone. I'm also working out much more often than before and feel much more motivated to keep with it."
