A client asked me a great question last week. The downside was that I couldn’t answer it.
In fact, for the last two nights I have lay awake, desperately trying to come up with a response, ready to wow her with it at our next session:
“If you only had ten minutes to exercise every day, what would you do?”
At first, I thought, “Easy. I’d box.” Sweat it out, tone the arms, the core and, if you throw in a few squats and kicks, that’s a high intensity, full body, workout right there.
The smug smile was quickly wiped from my face when I realised that it would take me 3 minutes to wrap my hands; and then there’s the small issue of not actually owning a bag to box alone with. Hmm...
Maybe yoga? Nah. Or sprints, with a few planks thrown in for good measure? Garden’s not big enough.
Then it hit me (not literally, thank the Lord). Ten minutes, five sets, one minute rest in between:
I present to you the Medicine Ball Mini Movie!
