If, as a new mum, or the partner of one, you find that you're not getting your fill of new parenting tips, perhaps the best thing you can do is to stop focusing on sleep patterns, pumping and pelvic floors and, instead, give yourselves a hard time for not hitting the gym enough to reawaken that pre-baby body?  WHAT A LOAD OF NONSENSE.  For a pragmatic approach to post natal exercise see my article for the NCT here:
